The much awaited 2024 Jawa 42 finally launched

In the Indian market, Jawa Motorcycles has introduced the revised 2024 Jawa 42 motorbike, which is priced between Rs 1.73 lakh and Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2024 model has a few technical upgrades as well as some cosmetic adjustments, such as a redesigned seat and new color choices. Notably, the new bike costs less than the discontinued model, which started at Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom).

A brand-new 294 cc J Panther single-cylinder engine that generates 26.9 bhp and 26.84 Nm of torque powers the 2024 Jawa 42. A 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch is mated to the engine. For the new 42, Jawa has adopted gear-based engine mapping.
