Hiranandani-Blackstone JV Greenbase to invest Rs 1,500 cr in Chennai logistic parks
Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Parks, a joint venture between Hiranandani Group and Blackstone Group, plans to invest Rs 1,500 crore to expand its warehousing portfolio in Chennai. The company aims to acquire an additional 450 acres of land, in addition to its existing 190-acre logistics park.
The expansion is part of the company’s strategy to develop industrial and logistics parks across key cities in India. The Indian logistics sector is expected to grow significantly in the coming years, attracting investments from global conglomerates.
