1. A Brief Overview of the Service Portfolio

Hariharan Logistics offers a wide range of logistics services to meet various business needs. Our air freight services provide door-to-door delivery to worldwide locations and we have extensive experience in handling console cargo. With our knowledgeable team and in-depth understanding of customs rules and procedures, we provide efficient and hassle-free customs clearance services.

Our warehousing services include both bonded and private warehousing facilities to ensure the safe and secure storage of your goods. In addition, our Container Freight Station (CFS) services provide efficient consolidation and deconsolidation of cargo.

We understand the importance of timely and efficient transport, which is why we offer low bed trailers for ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo), multi-axle trailers for heavy cargo, and truck services up to the Bangladesh border. Our sea freight services include handling special equipment, reefer, and ODC cargo, and we are a multi-model transport operator.

1. How does Hariharan Logistics differentiate itself from other logistics companies?

As the President and CEO of Hariharan Logistics, I am proud to lead a young and dedicated team that strives to exceed our clients’ expectations. Our direct contracts with shipping lines have enabled us to grow our revenues at a CAGR of over 25% in the last 20 years. We recently obtained an IATA license and are setting up a separate Air Cargo Division to accelerate our growth even further. I am pleased to provide this brief overview of Hariharan Logistics.

Hariharan Logistics has achieved various accreditations and certifications from reputed organizations. They are recognized as an Authorized Economic Operator by the Indian Customs, an Inter Global member of WCA, an IATA member, a Multi Modal Transport Operator, and a member of FIATA, the Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India.

1. How flexible and Customer Friendly are all the services offered?

In today’s era, customers demand more than just timely and secure delivery of their items from logistics providers, but perhaps a technological platform that offers real-time updates about their goods and their location is also expected. At Hariharan Logistics, we understand the diverse needs of our clients, which is why we offer customized solutions tailored to their specific goods and procedures. Our trailers are modified to meet the unique requirements of our clients’ items. Our comprehensive solutions cover transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and sea/air freight services. We also have our own technology platform that provides real-time information to our clients about the status of their cargo.

1. How has the Overall Journey been so far,and the Journey Ahead?

We started our operations with the headquarters located in Bangalore, and branch offices in Chennai, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Tiruppur, Tuticorin, and Mundra. Additionally, we have an associate office in Kolkata and an overseas office in West Africa. We own warehouses in Chennai and Bangalore and have a fleet of trailers in all our branches to fulfill our commitment to customers. We are currently expanding our operations by opening a branch in the United States to cater to the North American market. Our proprietary technology platform enables our team to work from anywhere in the world. We believe in building personal relationships with our customers and shipping lines, which differentiates us from our competitors.
